In each of the 88 keys there is a unique continuous detection sensor of Yamaha. These sensors constantly detect the movement of the keys and allow natural musical expressiveness even when the piano is used in "Silent" mode ". Since they do not enter the keys, these sensors do not interfere in any way with the touch of the keyboard. Silent Piano ™ is equipped with a Quick Escape system that allows the sound exclusion mechanism to be adapted to a grand piano, without sacrificing the soundability or expressivity that these tools require for acoustic performance. The system allows you to obtain an optimal separation between gambling and strings, adjusting its distance, thus ensuring that the touch of the keyboard is maintained in the best possible condition, both when it sounds in acoustic mode, and when you play in Silent mode
