Warranty

NEW PRODUCTS

All new products, purchased at Piazzo Musical Instruments, are subject to the warranty of the manufacturer of two years (2) from the date of the tax document that will be issued at the time of shipment of the goods.
The warranty is recognized to those buyers who will present the original purchase invoice along with the article you are requesting repair.

USED PRODUCTS

All the products used, purchased at Piazzo Musical Instruments, are the guarantee provided directly by Piazzo Musical Instruments, for a duration of three months (3) from the date of the tax document that will be issued at the time of shipment of the goods.

ACUSTICAL PLANTS

All acoustic pianos, purchased at Piazzo Musical Instruments, use the guarantee provided directly by Piazzo Musical Instruments and may vary from three (3) to five (5) to ten (10) years, depending on the instrument that the customer will purchase, starting from the date of the tax document that will be issued at the time of shipment of the goods.

Warranty Terms

The warranty is valid for the period indicated, starting from the date of the invoice on all parts of the article not subject to wear for malfunctions attributable to factory defects.

The warranty does NOT apply to damage caused by intrigue, misuse and installation and does NOT comply with the warnings and indications given on the instruction manual or installation, bad use, mistreatment, deterioration, lightning, atmospheric phenomena, overtension and overcurrent, insufficient or irregular electrical feeding, incorrect adaptation or modification, or damage to technical use.

If during the warranty period, the product is tampered with and/or repaired by unauthorized centers, the customer loses the warranty coverage.

The consumer parts considered to be subject to normal wear or wear are excluded from the warranty (both for new or used) as: cords, batteries, lamps, bulbs, cones, woofers, etc...

In the case of damage resulting from transport, the customer will have to notify within 24h of the receipt of the product the damage; if not, A.Piazzo Srl will not be able to act according to the norms relating to transport damage.
