RECESS LAW
If the Customer is a “Consumer”, as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code, he complies with the rights referred to in art.52 and s. of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/02/2014, and therefore the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement (hereinafter “Right of Recesso”) for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty.
The Agreement may be subject to all (Total Process) or only part (Partial Process) of the Products purchased by the Consumer, including shipping costs.
The Recesso period expires after 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day on which the Consumer or a third, other than the Carrier and designated by the Consumer, acquires physical possession of the Products.
The right of Recesso is exercised by sending and receiving - before the expiry of the Retreat Period as indicated above - of a communication of withdrawal by registered means to/or or pec addressed to:

The Communication of Recesso must specify the will to withdraw from the Buyer and the Product(s) for which the right of Recesso is intended.
The Return of the Product(s) shall take place within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date on which the Consumer has communicated his/her decision to withdraw pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code. This term shall be respected if the Consumer returns or returns the Product(s) subject to the Agreement before the expiry of the 14 days.
The goods must be returned, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.) and complete with the attached tax documentation. The consumer will, however, be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a different manipulation than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, operation and any aesthetic damage.
The goods must be sent back to A. Piazzo S.r.l. Unipersonale Via Galileo Galilei, 45 35035, Mestrino, Padova mail: info@piazzostrumenti.it. The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the CUSTOMER.
As provided by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, A. Piazzo S.r.l. Unipersonale may suspend the refund until receipt of the goods or until the CLIENT's demonstration of having sent the goods back to A. Piazzo S.r.l. Unipersonal.
This applies, according to the consumer code, only to users who are considered ''consumers'' and not to ''professionals''' and to B2B sales;
Pitch S.r.l. Unipersonal will make the refund using the same means of payment chosen by the CUSTOMER during purchase. In case of payment by means of A. Piazzo mark S.r.l. Unipersonale will undertake to contact the customer and agree to the refund methods. The payment will take place within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date on which the product will arrive in place.
