• New Products

All new products, purchased at Piazzo Musical Instruments, make use of the manufacturer's warranty of two (2) starting from the date of the fiscal document that will be issued at the time of shipment of the goods.
The warranty is recognized to those buyers who will present the original purchase invoice together with the article that the repair is requested.

• Used Products

All used products, purchased at Piazzo Musical Instruments, make use of the warranty provided directly by Piazzo Musical Instruments, for a duration of three months (3) starting from the date of the tax document that will be issued at the time of shipment of the goods.

• Acoustic pianos

All the acoustic pianos, purchased at Piazzo Musical Instruments, use the warranty provided directly by Piazzo Musical Instruments and may vary from three (3) to five (5) or ten (10) years, depending on the instrument that the customer will go to buy, starting from the date of the fiscal document that will be issued at the time of shipment of the goods.

Warranty terms

The warranty is valid for the indicated period, starting from the date of the invoice on all parts of the article not subject to wear for malfunctions attributable to factory defects.

The warranty does not apply to incorrect negligence, use and installation and non-compliant with the warnings and indications reported on the Education or Installation Manual, from bad use, maltreatment, deterioration, lightning, phenomena Atmospheric, overvoltages and overcurrents, insufficient or irregular power supply, adaptation or modification, nor damage caused by incorrect use or contradiction with the technical measures of the instrument.

If during the warranty period, the product is tampered with and / or repaired by unauthorized centers, the customer loses the coverage of the warranty.

Consumption parties considered to be subject to normal wear or wool like: strings, batteries, lamps, light bulbs, cones, woofer, etc ...
