Payments

Piazzo Musical Instruments accepts the following types of payment:

- Credit card through the PayPal circuit
- Paypal account
- Postepay
- Wire transfer
- Scalaper payment payment

Shipping

1 - Packages are prepared and sent on the first working day following the "preparation in progress" notification.

2 - The delivery of the products purchased on the site is carried out in Italy at the shipping address indicated by the customer in the order form.

3 - At the time of shipment, a confirmation email of delivery of the package to the carrier will be sent to the user, the tracking number will also be contained through which the customer can check the status of the shipment. The tracking number will also be made available within the reserved area on the site in the "Your Orders" section or in the case of an unregistered user by accessing via links in the email for the shipping ("Communication of shipping").

4 - The shipping costs are charged to the customer and based on the tariffs indicated of € 8.90 for orders less than € 69.00. Above this figure shipping costs will be free.

5 - The delivery obligation is fulfilled by transferring material availability or in any case control of the products to the user. The delivery is intended on the street level and will be carried out, unless otherwise indicated, from Monday to Friday in the normal office hours (from 9 am to 6 pm), excluding national holidays.
Unless otherwise specified, the deadline for delivery vary between 2 and 5 working days.
