Study supports for DS8 audio fluid desk monitor are designed to be used with all 6 "and 8" studio monitors. They have the ability to lift the two heights monitors: 3 "and 6". With rubber feet included, the supports become an acoustic insulation system that can be adjusted to 3 angles: flat, 3 and 6 degrees of inclination. Raising the monitors at the ear level means getting a better response to axis. Because high frequencies from tweeters can be somewhat unidirectional (or "beamy"), bring them higher and close to the ear height means feeling a fuller response. Made of MDF wood (the same monitor material) are robust and well damped. The feet are made of polypropylene, minimizing the sound "ringing" of ABS plastic.
