Middle Man Active Booster does not emphasize the frequencies that are not predominant in the guitar and capable of boosting a clean while maintaining an EQ Flat and also add a pinch of distortion. The MID control adjusts the Boost / Cut level on the medium at 500Hz (up to 150dB). The GAIN control pushes the signal up to 35DB adding grin. The volume control acts as a volume master. These three simple checks give a very high number of combinations with which to improve and sculpt the timbre.
