PRS presents HX 100 HEAD

HX 100 the amplifier PRS series Hx Designed for guitarists looking for the iconic Jimi Hendrix stamp. The amp, with inside the circuit PRS "Hendrix", it delivers 100 watts of power managed by El34 valves and has two separate channels with Gain controls, Bass, Middle, Treble, Presence, Mid Gain, Bright 1 and 2.

PRS HX 100 captures the flexibility, the power and balance of the British depletion stamp at the end of the 1960s. A continuation of the popolar HXDA amplifiers of PRS, the amplifiers PRS HX have a refined questionntrol layout and a recently recently built "Authentic Hendrix" circuit. This circuit strongly inspired by one of the Hendrix amplifiers, presumably used in Woodstock, which Paul Reedsmith and the amplifier designer PRS Doug Sewell could study in 2018. Designed to push the high-End with brilliance, without being harsh, PRS HX gives guitarist a unique dynamic, passing by high gain sounds to sweet and soft stamps.

PRS HX 100 powered by four EL34EH power valves, the best preamplification valves available and has a custom-made straight edge output transformer. Feeding and filament design make HX 100 incredibly silent with little or no "buzz or hiss".

PRS HX 100 has tone controls-3-band TMB stack, 3-way bright switch, high Mid Mid Gain and Presence switch, features that reflect the historical amplifier and offer musicians greater flexibility and stamp control. PRS HX 100 also designed with internally scaffolded channels and individual volume controls. This eliminates the need for a connection cable (historically used outside the amplifier) and allows musicians to adjust more easily distortion level and stamp by mixing the individual volume controls of the Lead and Bass channels, characterizing the Amplifier with a more modern flexibility. For the HX amplifier series, PRS Designed 2x12 and 4x12 cabinets. Characterized by Speaker Celestion G12H-75 modified Creambacks, these cabinets offer push and energy to complete the line up.
