The first real amplifier Marshall, produced in 1962, was the Jtm45. It was an immediate success and helped launch a new generation of sounds and guitarists. Since then, the sound connoisseers have tried rare Jtm45 of the 1960s. Today, thanks to this precise re-edition the research will no longer be needed.
The GZ34 grinding valve was the key to the sound of the Jtm45, feature that was faithfully reproduced in this king-issue. The way the grinding valve interacts with the other valves causes the unmistakable, original and always emulated tone Marshall.
