The H4N Pro can record in different operating modes. The stereo mode allows high quality stereo recording. 4CH can simultaneously record 2 audio sources in stereo. The MTR mode allows playback of 4 tracks and the recording of 2 tracks at the same time. You can use it as FELD Recorder to record melodies and band performances on-the-FY and acquire sound effects. You can also use it as a multitrack recorder to create songs with instruments and superior voice. Furthermore, in Stamina mode you can record in stereo for up to 11 hours using only the batteries. The H4N Pro zoom allows you to adjust the angle of integrated microphones to address a wide range of recording scenarios. Set the microphones to 120 for a larger or powerable sound area to 90 for a more focused sound source. In both cases, microphones maintain their XY configuration, so you can record a natural stereo sound without phase cancellation. The H4N Pro includes an input jack to allow a variety of recording styles. Microphones, including stereo and condenser microphones, electric guitars, bass and keyboards can be connected directly. An integrated high-speed USB 2.0 port allows direct connection to the computer. You can use it as an audio interface with integrated effects (sampling frequency limited to 44.1khz when you use effects). E'You can also use H4N Pro as a computer sd card reader. E'You can transfer files to your computer and use them to create audio CDs or work in the DAW software.
