Analog synthesizer of semi percussion-Modular
| The Moog DFAM The first addition to the Mother synthesizers' ecosystem and has a Hands approach-On expressive to the creation of percussive patterns. It does not require patching and not absolutely necessary any experience to quickly start synthesizing new and unique rhythmic compositions. Activated by an easy-to-use analog sequencer, the emotional DFAM sound begins with a white noise generator and two wide range analog oscillators, which pass without effort in an instant between rhythmic pulsations, sounds and resonant bells. The characteristic voice of the DFAM is then modeled by a classic Ladder Moog filter with two selectable modes: Low-PASS that gives impact and size to every sound that touches, while the high mode-Pass opens the doors to strokes and expressive peaks. The DFAM behaves a lot like a living organism, reacting in different ways to different individuals. Three dedicated analog envelopes work dynamically with the sequencer to ensure that tribal Toms breathe, industrial shocks evolve and sound chaos can be created or attenuated by turning only one knob. Each DFAM comes with a Patch Moog cable pack that unlock access to the modular 24-point patchbay. Use it to create new sounds or bizarre behavior, to synchronize an unlimited number of DFAM and Mother unit-32 Together, or totally integrate your analogue tool in a modular Eurorack production environment. Through exploration and experimentation the vast potential of this expressive analogue tool is achieved. |
