The Schaller Oyster D / S is a passive piezo pickup that gives the instrument a warm and natural sound without the need for active switches or preamplifiers. The exceptional sound quality is obtained through the perfect interaction between three elements: the membrane, piezo and the high quality contact gel. All Oyster models must be fixed to the instrument or through a double-sided tape (recommended for pretty resonant guitars) or through removable adhesive pads that do not damage the surface of the instrument.
