Based on the many years of experience, enriched by the collaboration with Maurice Dupont, Lâg has decided to expand the family with the 177 series, which includes special models. Born with the desire to propose something different, this series offers special formats allowing musicians to explore different sounds with fun guitars with excellent value-price.
The Parlor of the Tramontane series 177 is made with a solid food englemann top, bottom, band bands and handle Khaya and keyboard and bridge in Branko Wood (Brownwood). The slim form of the Parlor format translates into a brilliant sound, focused on medium and high frequencies. Despite the reduced size of the body, this guitar offers an excellent sustain, thanks to the X bracing and the fact of being a guitar 12-fret. The hanging of the handle positioned at the 12th button allows you to keep the bridge more distant from the hole, in the widest part of the body: this increases the sustain and makes the sound of this full parlor. Also, having less keys out of the handle, it is a guitar with a compact and comfortable size to play. This model, like the others of the Tramontane series 177, is animated by the Stage system-Lâg, equipped with a 3-band equalizer and a notch control for a fine adjustment of the desired frequencies.
