KORG presents Volca Drum

The Volca series is characterized by unique sonorities. From the analogue to digital PCM and FM, the Synth Volca series encloses unique sounds in the various models that make it up. The series is now added a Rhythm Machine from the distinctive sound character. This is the digital synthesizer of percussive sounds volca drum.
It all starts from a simple waveform that passes through a wave folder and an overdrive, which adds harmonic and distortion respectively, then pass through the Waveguide Resonator effect. The 6-part synthesis engine based on DSP was designed following a completely different philosophy than conventional drum machines, to generate a wide range of sounds reproducible from the Immanciable Volca style sequencer.
