M305 Tremolo of MXR The Guitar effect pedal marking the tremolo return within the conclamated line of Effect Pedal MXR. M305 combines a complete range of classic, optimized and integrated tremolo sounds integrated by some characteristics able to satisfy even expectations of the most demanding modern musician.

The story

With the six waveforms available, in the M305, the classic tremolo sounds are best presented from which M305 inspired and the new sounds designed by the design team MXR. Style MXR Recreates the organic sound and the pulse of the beloved stereo tremolo MXR M159. The bias style takes up the rich and powerful compression of the tremolo effects of the valve amplifiers of the early 1960s. Revo, an original innovation, transforms the waveform of the optical tremolo by turning it off, for an exaggerated timbric excursion. The Opto style emulates the tremolo button generated by photocells in many popular amplifiers. Inspired by an iconic outboard effect, the SQR setting produces a rough and super-pronounced tremor. Finally, the Harmony style recreates the trippy tremolo, similar to a phaser, produced by some rare vintage amplifiers.


Get a sound immediately ready by the M305 simple tremolo thanks to the Speed, Gain and Depth controls that manage the speed, volume and intensity of the selected effect respectively. To scroll through the six styles, you just press the GAIN knob. For sound search enthusiasts, various additional functions are available, from stereo operation to TAP TAP operation, from the possibility to use an expression pedal to the Envelope effect which makes the response of the effect sensitive to your attack.

Power:The M305 tremolo of MXR It can be powered with the adapter 9-Jim Dunlop Volt ECB003, DC Brick, ISO-Brick and Mini ISO-Brick (not included). It cannot be powered to battery.
