AKAI Professional MPX8 is a player of audio samples from SD cards or SDHC. Equipped with 8 padsensitive pressure and dynamics, on which it is possible to assign, upload and reproduce the samples audio present on an SD card (not supplied), or can be used as a MIDI USB controller for Mac and PC computers. In use as Sample Player MPX8 supports SD card from Max 32GB, which can charge and play up to 30MB for each kit. AKAI MPX8 only supports .wav to 16 format files-Bit, mono or stereo, with a sample rate at 48, 44.1, 32, 22.05, or 11.205kHz. Considering the use of stereo audio files at 44.100Hz / 16-Bit MPX8 can play up to a maximum of about 3 minutes of stereo audio simultaneously.
