The Argon8x of Modal Electronics is a Wavetable synthesizer entirely digitalwith 8-voice polyphony, designed to offer a wide range of creative possibilities. Thanks to its advanced digital architecture, the synthesizer combines sound innovation and high performance, making it ideal for musicians and sound designers. Equipped with a keyboard FATAR with 61 seed keys-weighings, Velocity and Aftertouch, guarantees exceptional soundability and total performance control.

Based on a 32-oscillator architecture with 120 Wavetable morphable, the Argon8x allows you to create complex and harmoniously rich sound landscapes. Each item has four superimposed oscillators, with poly mode, mono, unison and stacked, in addition to the "spread" function to obtain chorus effects or intervaled tuning.

The synth includes a wide range of processors, including De-rEZ, waveshaping distortion, delay, reverb, chorus, flanger and phaser. The 2-pole morphable filter, the three dedicated envelope generators (amp, mod, filter) and the two audio LFOs-rate offer infinite possibilities of sound design. The powerful Otto Slot mod Matrix allows an advanced modular routing, while the 4-axis joystick assignable adds a further level of expressiveness.

The Argon8x is perfect for music creation thanks to the sequencer a 512 step with four recordable parameter animations and 32 step-makers' programmable arpegger. With 500 memory slots (300 factory presets and 200 user), you can save and manage patches via ModeLapp compatible with MacOS, iOS, Windows and Android.
