The Duncan Distortion a high-performance original passive humbucker pickup. It incorporates a huge ceramic magnet and hot reel windings to provide powerful but balanced rock and metal tones with a rich harmonic content of the middle range-high. The bass ropes are stretched and petty as the high ropes scream of harmonics, making it an ideal pickup for incisive crunch rhythms and burning soloists. The Distortion handle pickup designed specifically for use with the Distortion bridge model. Provides the highest power of all the Humbuckers to the Seymour Duncan handle, quite hot to provide fluid soloists, despite being able to similar tones similar to a bell. For a super flexible configuration you can couple a distortion bridge with a pickup to the '59 or jazz handle and cover a wide range of styles. In addition to being offered with 6-string Humbucker and Trembucker spacings, the distortion also available in 7 and 8 string models, which makes it perfect for playing modern wide-wide metal.
