Designed by the famous Guru of Valve Dave Green, the AGM range (Ashdown Guitar Magnifier) was carefully considered, designed and built for the modern world in which portability, low-power options and real valve tones are Fundamentals. The AGM-5C is designed for real sound purists wishing fantastic british valve sounds but with volume / study levels combined with a series of modern features. The AGM-5C offers clean clear and clear tones with warmth, depth and real brilliance, but increasing the gain, it will soon be the hard rock paradise with strongly touched overdrive sounds. The AGM-5c produces 5 watts of valve power that is delivered via a Celestion 12 "Creamback G12 speaker-65 m Premium carefully chosen. However, the stealth switch allows you to reduce the output to about 1 Watt also activates the ASC (Active Speaker Compensation) which helps maintain tonal depth and low response to very low volume levels. For silent sessions late at night, the AGM-5C is equipped with a speaker silencing switch that interrupts the speaker power supply while activating the internal fictitious load leaving the musician sure to enjoy the amplifier silently through the headphones and the output function emulated by the Cabinet for direct registration. The studio accutronics reverberation offers real depth to clean tones when requested and a fx loop allows preferred modulation pedals to be connected directly to the power amplifier for optimal sound clarity.
