Almost all newly designed bass tested are equipped with headphone sockets - Usually they are not included in the feature set of high-end or vintage professional amplifiers designed for live performances. This can present some problems when you need to use such a head or combo in a limited environment, for silent monitoring during recording or testing. The Ashdown Phone Box solves this problem, designed for use with most of the types of solid state amplifiers, the telephone booth connects between the head of the amplifier and the speaker to allow the connection of the headphones to the amplifiers Slow headphones outlet. It also provides a more balanced output jack.
