The Preamp / Overdrive Tall for CloneWheel organs, multistage FET with germanium diodes, True Bypass, has a tone control and a volume control, 9V power supply. Handmade in the USA from Greg Lounsberry, chassis created by the artist Mark Hershberger. The digital organs do a great job in reproducing the sound of rotating speakers but fail in capturing the dynamic behavior of the VALVOLA AO PREAMP-28. And here that Tall & Fall comes into play. When connected to the organ, the TALL & FLL provides compression, second-order harmonics and dynamic saturation typical of this famous valve preamp. The attack of the gradual and easily controllable overdrive. The transparency and definition that characterize it allow you to play complex agreements without ever kneading the sound. It manages the low notes so well to be perfect even with the acoustic bass. Close your eyes and forget to play a digital organ!
