KAWAI CX 202

DIGITAL FLOOR
KAWAI presents CX 202
The CX digital pianos expand the award-winning Kawai line of home tools, combining an authentic touch and expressive sound to an elegant and accessible design. The CX202 has 88 graduated weight keys, which respond like those of an acoustic piano, while the rich concert piano tones encourage musicians to develop their skills. The instrument includes Bluetooth MIDI and Audio connectivity, integrated didactic tracks and a comfortable recorder of pieces, making it ideal for both beginners and for more experienced musicians who want a second piano to practice in silence with headphones. Thanks to the Responsive Hammer Compact II action with three sensors and the rich sounds of Shigeru Kawai SK-EX, the CX202 offers a natural and expressive game experience, able to faithfully reproduce the touch of a piano. The mechanism without springs and solid construction ensure constant upward and downward movements, while the damper material reduces the noise of the keys, offering a smooth and authentic response. The sound of the CX202 comes from the concert piano Shigeru Kawai SK-EX, world renowned for its exceptional tonal clarity and great dynamic extension. This flagship tool, hand-built by the master craftsmen of Shigeru Kawai R&D laboratory in Ryuyo, Japan, is considered one of the best in its category. The CX202 also incorporates digital features useful for learning and creativity, such as the ability to explore different stamps, record and play performances, and enjoy the built-in teaching tracks. Bluetooth MIDI/Audio and USB connectivity-MIDI allows you to easily connect to computers, tablets and music apps to make practice more effective and fun. The design of the CX202 is simple and well-kept, with slightly rounded sides and robust support blocks to ensure stability. The piano has a retractable lid to protect the keys from dust and a large folding leggio when not in use. With a depth of just over 40 cm, the CX202 is compact and ideal for apartments and reduced spaces, combining elegance, functionality and sound quality typical of Kawai pianos.
