The Super Slinky Hernie Ball strings are used by Jimmy Page, Jeff Beck, and Angus Young. These ropes are made according to the highest standards and the most stringent specifications to ensure consistency, excellent performance and long life. The super slinky wrapped strings are made with a nickel-plated steel wire wrapped around a hexagonal steel soul. The smooth ropes are made of tempered and tinned carbon steel that produces a well-balanced sound.
