TheAudixDP quad Pack The most simple and effective combination of microphones needed to capture the depth and sound image of a complete battery set. With a D6 for the case, an i5 for snarling and the two ADX51 to use for the stereo panoramic shooting, the DP-Quad is intended to create a perfect fusion between close-up and panoramic recovery. The D6 and i5 are dynamic microphones with high SPL, excellent for close-up shot, a necessary technique in order to capture the attack in percussive sounds. The D6 contribute to make all the basses heard in the sound of the case, while the i5 strengthens the depth and the characteristic attack of the snare. These two microphones are the heart of each battery and the base for every groove, which makes them a must for all drums. The ADX51 a pre condenser microphone-Polarized with a 14 mm gold atomized diaphragm, which was designed for overhead applications. Depending on the positioning, the ADX51 was studied for the high frequencies of the Toms and Dishes. The microphone with overhead technique (environment) supports the 'Less Is More' theory, in fact the use of two microphones in the head catch the transients, the tonnit and also have a natural balancing of the kit with a completely coherent phase.
