The'Action of the Grand Feel III keyboard used by CA701 combines realistic materials, movements and mechanisms to recreate the exceptional touch of the best concert pianos.
All the eighty-eight keys are made entirely with long wooden pieces, with finely structured surfaces in ivory and ebony applied to absorb moisture and encourage control. Each wood key can easily rotate on a balance pin: the ends rise and lower to replicate the family "to swing" movement of an action piano. When pressed, the rear part of the button rises, activating a hammer weighed to hit a pressure switch. The amount of force applied to this switch is then measured and the corresponding note played with tonal character and authentic volume.

The brand new SK-Ex Competition Grand captures the sound of the SK tools-Former-The latest generation, which in recent years have been successful in the international pianistic competitions of Chopin, Hamamatsu and Sendai. This piano sound has a bright and clear tonal character, with a characteristic attack often, and is specifically recorded by the position of the pianist. The sk-Former Grand Concert captures the sound of a SK tool-Ex Previous and is characterized by a warm and sensitive tone and a wide attack with a rich reverb. The tonal elegance of the SK-Former Concert Grand perfectly integrates the brilliance of the last incarnation Competition Grand, allowing performers to enjoy the contrasting qualities of both sounds.
The latest Concert Artist tools are equipped with high-fidelity speaker systems that have been specially designed to offer deep bass and sharp frequencies. The high specification of the CA701 boasts a 6-speaker output system improved, with low frequencies supplied through the lower part of the instrument and medium frequencies and high projected via the upper speakers and frontal tweeters.
